At Natralii, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
